DevRel Engineer, Startups
About the company
Braintrust is the AI observability platform. By connecting evals and observability in one workflow, Braintrust gives builders the visibility to understand how AI behaves in production and the tools to improve it.
Teams at Notion, Stripe, Zapier, Vercel, and Ramp use Braintrust to compare models, test prompts, and catch regressions — turning production data into better AI with every release.
About the role
We’re hiring a DevRel Engineer to work directly with the startup ecosystem and developer community around AI. This role is for someone who spends time where builders actually are. X, Reddit, meetups, and the startup community events across San Francisco.

We want someone who is already active in developer communities and comfortable engaging directly with founders, AI engineers, and builders. You should like building in public, experimenting with new AI tools, and helping startups ship better AI products. SF only.
What you'll do:

Help founders and engineers move from prototypes to production
Community feedback loop
Bring insights from developers and startups back to product and engineering
